Allan and Lisa Gwaltney, and their four children, moved here and immediately started in business in 2003. Operating as a premier exterior contractor until the end of 2022, they've earned the business of over 3000 satisfied customers in the Kootenai and Spokane county areas, even some in Walla Walla, WA and Nelson, BC. Completing projects ranging from single window installation to renovating exterior walls to add multiple windows and doors, and building additions, Allan and Lisa strive to take care of each customer, paying attention to every detail along the way no matter how small. As a result, the bulk of their work is referral and repeat customer based. Allan has experience building multi-million dollar homes in Boulder, CO, Monterey, CA, and St. Thomas, USVI.
